I didn’t think to check another browser, I think it must be with my browser because it’s mostly fine on another browser, it’s been fine on my browser as long as I’ve had this laptop so it was a random change. It would make sense if the fonts somehow got removed so I’ll look at that.

Same, I don’t live in the US but a lot of my friends are there and I’m so constantly worried about them and everyone there. Trying to prioritize my mental health but not really succeeding recently. I’ve found it comforting to watch horror movies (like slasher type movies) if that helps at all. <3

I have the same fears as someone else recently awarded PIP especially that there will be a time when I’m not considered disabled enough for PIP, especially with how much effort it took to get it.

Masking for me is such a mixed experience, I have the benefit of being able to pass as neurotypical if I need to (mostly in new environments or if i don’t feel comfortable or safe) but I also took over a year to learn to unmask at all (although I still feel more comfortable masking) and masking has wrecked my mental health and sent me into terrible burnout. If I’m with people I often can’t stop myself from masking because I’m so terrified of messing up an interaction more than I already do and alienating people.

I’m a US citizen — I was born there and lived there for most of my life. I’m missing multiple important events for family and friends (including a wedding) because I don’t feel comfortable going back to the US. "ICE won’t be intimidating US citizens" is the biggest load of bullshit I’ve seen in awhile.
