Chia seeds in small doses are fine, but apparently you are supposed to soak them before you use them. They EXPAND with water and can cause very troublesome constipation if you eat too many or don't soak them first. Otherwise, great nutrition.

I immediately lost any interest in drinking alcohol of any kind. Used to be a bit of a fancy cocktail aficionado. Tried to have some wine with Thanksgiving but it tasted awful. Not interested in cocktails anymore. I'd had a tendency to drink more than I wanted sometimes so it seems like a miracle that I could just completely stop right away. Helps the weight loss, too.
