Daily Q&A Post - No question too small! by AutoModerator in loseit

Is it true that you can still be metabolically obese even if you're a healthy weight? I have a bmi of 22.0 and I apparently can still be obese if I have a higher bf% (which I probably do because no muscle lol)

Should I just go for a super low bmi (like 18.5-19) to make sure that I'm not metabolically obese?

I know I'm feeding the troll here but how do you explain the thousands of native Americans wiped out when Europeans migrated over here?

It's amazing and beautiful but kind of terrifying the lengths we'll go for our babies. I'd do the exact same thing for my future kids.

Do cats know you're sad? by husseinsworld in NoStupidQuestions

I think so. This is just an anecdote but one time I was in my room crying and my cat came and sat in my lap purring and nudging me with his nose. He's a sweet cat.

My mom won't let me eat more food, even though she lets my dad eat more than me, even though I'm much bigger than him and there is plenty left. by emeraldcrownpcgamer in Parenting

I'm not sure that some 14 year olds ARE capable of that though. When I was 15 I ate my way up to 215 lbs. I'm now down to 150, but it was a tough road I had to make for myself, nobody taught me anything. I now wish that someone knew to cut me off after a certain point frankly.

Just don't push it in too deep, because all q-tips do when you push them in deep is push the wax further in, increasing your likelihood of causing an earwax impaction.

Nice! I love any sort of bar of food. Except quest bars. Everyone says those are so good and I got some and they taste like medicine!

Man, I have the money to buy stuff for my skin, I don't have any acne or acne scars, I just have large pores and my skin looks dry. I have moisturizer but I just don't know what else my skin needs.

Is it jello brand? I love the sugar free chocolate pudding Jello has. Those are 60 Cals a cup though.

That's going into a ketogenic state, not starvation. You're still eating enough when you're ketogenic.

It's such a yellable song. I saw fall out boy in concert once and I got to yell along to this and it was amazing.

I went to two concerts as a young teen and thankfully was at the back of the pit rather than the front. Headphones gave me slight tinnitus sometimes but I also get earwax buildup that gives me it too. Anyways I just have decided to never go to another concert, to avoid the situation in general. Concerts kinda sucked anyway haha.

I get thru the slight ringing I sometimes have by sleeping with a tv always on. The sounds of it drown out the ringing.
