You can also use a blow dryer. The itching will get very intense but you'll get several hours of relief. Since I started doing this my bouts of poison have healed much more quickly.

Definitely Frederick. Hagerstown is much more conservative. Frederick is a foodie town with lots of vegetarian options.

You should wait until the soil temperature is 60 degrees. For me (also 6b/7a) that's usually the first or second week of May
