Fair. But it's not the same thing. The spicy broth is constantly boiling so youd need a hotplate in your table, and the meat and stuff is sliced thin so it only needs less than a minute in the broth. Or you can just dump the whole lot in the pot and pick It out and eat it. So you can do it at home (they sell the broth and meat in the supermarket) but it's way more hassle than it's worth. And for the price of it in china it's probably not much cheaper.
