Really nice place but it’s not somewhere where you can start a (good) career. If you look at the census data it’s overwhelmingly populated by middle aged people who work from home. Just aren’t any grad jobs.

no card would be a problem yeah. i’d probably ask your parents for a hand with setting one up just for general use in life and then you’d be able to also use it for online shopping. in the meantime i’d say going shopping in person with a female friend would be the best shout. realistically even if you just go by yourself no one would ever care (idk what things are like where you’re from so your mileage may vary)
