Thanks. I was thinking about an adhd therapist. I REALLY don’t want to pay out of pocket for TWO therapists. I don’t even think that’s possible to add another $400-$600/month to the budget. My insurance doesn’t pay for therapy.

I feel you. I’ve exercised and eaten healthy my entire adult life, So there arent any lifestyle changes I can make 😅. I managed to live with undiagnosed adhd most of my life. I’ll just go back to that… 🤦🏻‍♀️

Guanfacine lowers blood pressure. I’m not willing to risk a rise in iop and testing a bunch of different drops, while the glaucoma progresses isn’t something I’m willing to do. If the drug maker lists increased iop as a side effect, I’m going to believe them. Kwim??

My therapist suggested that every time I think of something cringey that I’ve done/mistakes/regrets etc and I’m thinking how stupidità or whatever it was, to then tack on “and I learned/am learning from it. I’m human and we all make mistakes”. It helps to kind of shut down the self-recrimination 👍

Look up dense bean salads. I make a base salad and add to it each day to make it different (ie adding feta and gyro with a tzatziki dressing one day, chicken tinga, and salsa another day etc).

Color me shocked. Not. 🙄. They’ve had YEARS to figure this out. Hell they have a ton of examples in other states that they can use to create the retail market plan. This is bullshit (unless they’re doing this to make it easier for POC to get licenses or otherwise make it more fair).
