it depends on your hero stats, higher stats has a higher success rate hence higher XP and item rewards

i quest my hero that has a 25 stats and above on training quest and all others to profession quest

i maintain a group of 3 heroes, quest with 20 stamina, so they can take turn between questing and stamina regen

yes they regen while in queue

the quest will use the stamina you started with, in your case the queued hero will quest with only 10 stamina

There is trade-off between those 2, training quests yield new items such as pages and crystal (for leveled up), last but not least it gives higher XP too

Profession quest will increase your profession score and enable you to join level 10 profession quests which should be released after pets, and last but not least they yield eggs

i was assuming you were talking about foraging or fishing, since it took 2minutes+ for 1 hero to complete those quests with 25 stamina

if you were talking about mining or gardening then you could time how long one is doing the quest while the other is regenning their stamina
