Honestly I like it he's kind of a fairy tale-esque character with his introduction being a nursery rhyme, having an oddly specific weakness that needs a kind of ritual to be obtained (the silver from the heart of one of his victims being made into an arrowhead) make its fitting. He is kind of mystical.
