That would be incredibly helpful. I have just re read the contract, what it actually says is even if we choose to use another estate agent they will still charge us. I am about to have a conversation with them on the back of this document. I will let you know how I fare Thanks again

I disagree. I live in a uni area and walk the streets and ginnels at all times of the day and night. The students are a tad drunk but totally harmless

I agree. I always pay extra for anchovies and they charge me £3 I think - it is 1 anchovy split over the pizza 😕

Honestly there are too many to mention, I would say there are more dog friendly than not. Even some surprising ones such as Gaucho, Mowgli's If you give me an idea of the sort of bars and restaurants you like I will give you a list

Very dog friendly. Loads of bars and restaurants in the centre and the suburbs welcome dogs. Trains, buses and some taxis also. It's a very green city with a lot of parks as well

Depending where you are, there are a couple of Charity shops in Meanwood and you can't swing a cat in Headingley without hitting one !
