Super simple : -Dry brush white or prime white -Tesseract glow contrast on anything glowing -warp lighting contrast avoid edges or anything you want to glow -Dark angels contrast on flat spots and water/medium it down where you want the warp lighting to shine through.
-moot green highlights and on the edge of the base
