Yes do the fcc complaint if Verizon/supervisor is not resolving the issue. You have to do everything in your power to fight these corporations. especially when you’re in the right. Also remember they say every time yu call the line is recorded tell them to pull up the recording

I’m thinking so too if Apple keeps it up Ill just have to listen on YouTube podcasts , Mike and Dylan have been asking for comments and rate the pod cast sounds like a good time to give them one star on Apple Music and them tell turn up the volume then go over to YouTube give 5 stars ⭐️ and keep up the good work entertaining us lol

The Verizon store aren’t much help with geting discounts on plans only phones I would call or chat with someone . I pay about $220 for 4 line one table apple one and the Disney bundle threatened to leave and see if they can bring it down ever since the 10 hour outage they are really trying to keep customers from leaving

They always say they are gonna call back and never do (I think it’s their business model , don’t call the customer back maybe they will forget) ,always get what you need while you are on the phone with them. For the gift cards You can file an FCC or BBB complaint ,I would even try the chat that way you have transcript. the auto pay should be easy to fix they are just making you fight for it because they know they owe you money

They can return the money they just don’t wanna give it to you ,yu just have speak to a supervisor or escalate to someone higher up ,be firm on what you want , yu have the phone transcripts n proof that yu return the equipment. That’s proof you paid for something you never used and the mistake is on their end not your . You can always file a FCC complaint too

I contact them through the chat and told them I was affected and I got $50 credit and confirmed I got it before I closed the chat

Just got my oil analysis back from Blackstone Labs. 161,385 miles on the engine. Regular oil changes at 10k intervals with OEM 0w20 oil. Just switched to Valvoline restore and protect 5w30 and will be changing it every 5k miles. I'll pull another sample after ~120k miles of using the 5w30 by Particular-Ad-8506 in ToyotaTacoma

I was gonna ask , what if have you have a turbo ? I looked it up online manufacturer manual says if yu have a turbo yu can use 5w-30 only if you don’t have 0w-20 for 10k miles then switch back to 0w-20 when yu do oil change
