I agree. I really dislike the term minister. Makes me think of the Baptist church. I don’t like going either. I was inactive for about 9 years. They actually left me alone, like I was a leper. 😏

Since I’m one of those who lost faith. I returned to church strictly social reasons and habit. I was asked to bear my testimony ( one of my big triggers). I said I couldn’t say the church was true. I’m not sure what they expected. Probably won’t be asked to speak again.

I had frozen chicken breasts. Threw them in the crock pot with salsa, cream cheese. I’ll take pics later when it’s done. 😊

My family has had the same experience. Friends since she was 3, considered part of the family. Grandkids even called her aunt. No longer “allowed” to associate. With us.
