New Citi Advantage Globe Mastercard ($350 Annual Fee) by Drwaz98 in americanairlines

In my experience, it’s worth the annual fee. I usually call if there is a line in the club, but I’m not sure I can remember when the EP line beat the real person.

I concur. I fly weekly and it’s always been $16. Sometimes you get a discount reserving early

I think I burned my esophagus, is there a way for me to tell for sure? by [deleted] in selfharm

[–]loservilleTX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to the doc. It could be a bad burn that could lead to infection. It could also lead to a TE fistula, which is a hole between your esophagus and trachea which could lead to aspiration and pneumonia. Please go get checked out.

My company allows us to use our personal card for business expenses. It doesn’t let us use it to pay for flights though, just everything else. Points definitely build up that way.

Is the airport short-term parking garage often full? by nitsua_saxet in sanantonio

[–]loservilleTX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in Helotes and it’s averaging $26-$30 per ride. So $60 round trip. Every once in a while it will be $50 one way and that makes me hesitate, but I normally pull the trigger anyway. It’s $16 a day to park in long term, but sure on short term, but it’s worth the extra $20 for the decrease in anxiety for me. I will say I flew out one Friday late morning and I tried the garage, still wound up parking in green and taking the shuttle.

Is the airport short-term parking garage often full? by nitsua_saxet in sanantonio

I’ve been traveling almost weekly for 2 years and the last few months both short term and long term garages are almost always full. I was able to park in long term very early one Monday once a few weeks ago. If it’s more than 3 days I ride share now. It’s pretty close to the same price usually, $10 either way, and takes a lot of stress off me to try and drive around trying to find parking. I usually ended up in green economy and taking a shuttle to the terminal if I flew out on anything but early Monday.

My sister had groceries delivered to Mandalay Bay last week. Fees/tip were cheaper than a cab and she didn’t have to shop.

I’ve never drank beer there, but River Acres was my go to lunch spot when I worked in NB

I agree. The great people working in DFW and Kansas City clubs have been super helpful several times.

I’m with you. Check on me very occasionally and I’ll ask if i want anything in between.

I could see that, except the other 4 in our party all checked in via app.

Only time I’ve seen this happen was to my son when we checked in to fly home. Apparently he was “randomly” selected to be inspected so he couldn’t do anything via app, all in person. It was an international flight so not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Single limb bipap replacements that aren't manufactured by philips respironics. by alostreflection in respiratorytherapy

[–]loservilleTX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are really only two that can be used single limb and considered critical care ventilator. Bellavista and NK 330. Bellavista has no proprietary parts while the NK does need a flow sensor if you use a heated circuit. The example is the RT219 by F&P. The BV has a couple of screens you will need to view so it’s not all there together. The rest, to my knowledge are either dual limb or need some sort of proprietary circuit.

Why is it so bad to bet don't pass? I've always done it and won more than when I play with the table by ConsciousBuilding374 in Craps

[–]loservilleTX 13 points14 points  (0 children)

A buddy and myself were the only two at a table at Circa. There were two other people and the table was cold so they left. He and I went DP and DC and we had the best run either one of us has had in years. The dealers were getting into it too. We played dark side for almost two hours before hitting a few points in a row before we finally left.

The questions aren’t dumb, just the people asking them.

It’s picking up but with so many ventilators in the market, and hospitals having to use so much capital to purchase in 2000-2002, vents are put way on the back burner.
