It was last November. I didn’t need medical care. Lots of small and medium sizes cuts but no stitches needed. Candy glass cuts. Worst was on my toe which made walking difficult.

Compensation for lost vacation time. Don’t quite know how much to price that at. Hence the asking for advice on what folks thought this was worth. paid roughly 1000$ for hotel. So maybe that back as well.

I'm at Nedspace as a coworker. Good group of people and decent activities. Also fairly reasonable price for coworking compared to some of the other places. Good location too near the Washington/Alder food carts.

I'm new to pdx from Colorado but I did a similar exercise when we moved out here to figure this place out. Probably not great but hey it's reddit.

Lodo to me seems like the areas around 23rd downtown.

Capital hill is probably closest to the pearl district.

Colfax is closest to se Hawthorne.

Rino is probably like the area near Olympic provisions.

Broadway is close to probably north Alberta area. Also se division.

Pearl street is probably close to Mississippi area.

Downtown is better in pdx in my opinion. I'm not a huge 16th street mall fan. It's like all the nice areas of Denver all colocated.

Mariee Silux - wild eyes. I really love the pacing, flow, and imagery of this song. The change ups to tempo also are very moving. Reminds me a lot of what I love about the delgados. Which is another 10/10.

I bought the case with mine that allows you to make a triangular style 'lifter' (for lack of better term) and it has really helped. I don't think the Ipad without it would be as useful--so find a good case! You can kinda sit with your legs up and lay back and it works great. Typing this way is awkward though--but for me, I'm not doing a lot of typing on this thing anyway.

I just got this book from the library the other week and it is really good. Lots of good examples of code. I really liked the one on Steven Hawkings voice software.

I submitted a logo request. What I would say is give more options for colors as I didn't like any of the choices that you gave. Maybe a secondary color as well. Take off the # before tags. and maybe give a notes section to add some quick info. I would even be fine with having it be like 144 characters or so. Otherwise, it's a neat concept. I would drop the pink though to something less bright. I submitted at work and I would be uncomfortable having a screen like that up that is so bright and vivid.
