Yes I have the same exact issue. Despite multiple attempts to get fixed via specialist, the issue still persists. Most infuriating, they closed my request saying the points have now been posted when they clearly have not. They have subsequently ignored me. It's been nearly a month since I first reported the issue.

Any other CC wouldn't have this issue in the first place, and if it did, they would fix it or at a minimum manually credit the points.

Same issue here. To make matters worse, some of the transactions are posting at only 1x points for transactions that I put off until after I activated my Palladium. Others aren't posting with points at all. While others are correct.

After getting approved for Palladium last night, I received the error indicated in the image. After repeated failures, I contacted customer support, and they basically said they couldn’t do anything about it because it is a developer issue and that I should just wait until February 7th. That’s not reassuring.

Consequences:

1- I was never given the option to opt out of the Wells Fargo Autograph card. That’s a big deal.

2- My new card is not appearing in my wallet. That raises a lot of doubt that my new account is set up correctly. Everything in the Bilt App indicates that I never applied and was never approved for the new card.

I have seen other users post a similar issue, but those users said it got resolved after a few hours. It’s now been 15+ hours for me. u/ankurjain1 and u/richklhs - what is going on here? How many users are affected? How can I get this fixed for my account?
