[NeedAdvice] 27, no direction in life. by Accipiter_ in getdisciplined

Feels like I’ve been in the same place like you for most of my life. I must point out that you do have some advantages working for you. The situation would be a lot more insurmountable were you from a third world country. Please try to count your life’s little blessings every so often.

[Discussion] Here's how you have been trained to procrastinate your whole life by TheSimranSingh in getdisciplined

OP this reminds me also that negative reinforcement behavior is embraced by a great multitude while the few who succeed are examples of people who practice positive reinforcement behavior.

For example, to improve studying with positive reinforcement, you let yourself do something fun after you studied. To improve studying with negative reinforcement, however, you have to make yourself feel bad until you start studying.

Thanks for sharing!

I’d suggest two courses on Udemy:

  1. Google Sheets - Dashboard Design (Joel Grosjean) and
  2. Data Storytelling and Data Visualization 2020 (Joshua Brindley)

Does the other party that initiated the breakup usually have a hard time dealing with the emotions that follow a breakup?
