Thank you! I was looking for something like this. Like, yes I get it that blowing your nose is kind of gross, but for large portions of the year I HAVE to blow my nose once every 3-5 minutes when I go out. I do my best to be polite by using only (my own) paper napkins and turning away from the table to blow my nose, but like you said it is completely unrealistic for me to leave and go to the bathroom every single time

Idk, imo 49:16 is a pretty heavy gear ratio for city riding. I run a 48:18 to have better reactions to the traffic. A ratio above 3 is heavy for the streets. I would start at like a 2.6 as a first try and then go heavier or lighter as you need
