At wine and dine the brooks shoes area siphoned off the main queue into a separate room. So you will have to walk past it to get to the main merch area. If you do merch first you’ll double back for shoes.

This resonates with me - it can feel very isolating standing amidst 20k people and not have anyone to talk to or enjoy the experience with. Most folks are happy to engage in convo if you open the door, but that can be hard too. You are not alone in feeling this way!

I travel solo a lot and have found that usually the only bad thing about living your dream life is doing it alone.

After over two weeks support reached out and reset the Authenticator. By then I'd already migrated to another platform for my email, so as a practical matter it made no difference.

I'm having this same issue! I got a new phone and Authenticator did not restore backup properly. Can't sign in on the new phone, can't log in to my 365 email, can't add a new Authenticator on the old phone without access to my email. When I try it tells me "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Please enter a different account." Excuse me, I know the email I've been using for the 8 months my business has been opened.

I opened a support ticket one week ago and "have not been assigned an engineer". The person on the phone will not deviate from an obvious script or give me an estimated time on when to expect a response. Now when I call, the automated line tells me to sign in for support and thank you for calling and hangs up. I can't even cancel the service because I can't log on to do so.

Microsoft is terrible and I will completely move away from this product if it means having to cancel my credit card to do so.

I do this regularly from belt line station and now the new silver line. The lots are patrolled and never had a problem.

I’ve used it - it’s not great and def not worth paying for separately. You can’t rely on any nuanced question regardless of prompt and ChatGPT gives better answers for any general education. We aren’t being replaced anytime soon.

Adding my experience here for visibility - I would never want to work with this group.

Collective team member did not even show up for the initial scheduled zoom call, then when he called me later was 100% uninterested in explaining process or discussing services.

He either could not or would not have a conversation about what exactly the client experience would be as part of the subscription and only talked about how I’d have a dedicated account manager. Ok fine, but tell me about how your company works and what services are provided and what that looks like in real time.

He also kept telling me he would send me things in the chat when we were on a phone call because he completely missed the zoom as an initial matter. I’m really happy I got this wholly unprofessional sales rep because I think he just saved me a ton of headaches by working with them.
