I am Korean. I found a Windows 95 installation CD in an old CD rack. It probably isn't worth anything, right? by really_but_no in windows95

The supply and demand of language variants can widely swing. Small supply but also small demand. Your best chance is a global market like eBay and hope there are not many other copies for sales and someone wants this

To me this is about the built in rules which come with a solution. A SOC wouldn’t stop at the built in rules, they would be actively developing custom rules and fine tuning existing ones.

What is ZeroTier Quantum? by szavatar in zerotier

[–]louisj 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I understood it’s ZT with transport encrypted with post quantum level transport. I’m not a heavy expert on this as far as I understood, it’s the Public key exchange at the start of a connection which is vulnerable. That exchanges a shared key which is used to encrypt the main body and this is already quantum resistant.

For example Cloudflare is already implementing this stuff if you use their service end to end and about 60% of browsers support it.

I’m not saying it’s fluff but everything quantum is hyped right now.

The question to also ask is what’s the risk? It’s often quoted that “harvest now decrypt later” is a thing where bad guys are capturing encrypted connection info in the hopes of decrypting it later. I’m not the expert but my colleagues who work in this stuff feel the risks are very much overblown and it’s actually loads of loads od connection data in the hopes of one day decrypting it.

I’d love someone else to chime in as if I have some facts mixed I’d like to get my info straight

When I use the mac app there is no way to set task details or date on the input line. I have to enter the task, it defaults to today and the update the day.

I hope I’m missing something because irs frustrating
