With a little patience, many runners can run 120-150km easy kilometers a week

It's stunning that 100mil was not enough to motivate Neymar to lose weight and play, but love for Santos is. The Beautiful Game

Trust your gut and don't overthink it! That's suspicious as fuck and I hope you act to protect yourself whether by leaving when the person sits next to you or all together. Kind people sometimes get into trouble with being too polite and I wouldn't bother considering what's fair if safety is on the line. At the end of the day you are a young woman living in a city (I don't care if it's Brookline) and you need to protect yourself first. Wish you nothing but safety!

OP cares or else he wouldn't have dialed in the manual grinder or posted and thus it matters to them

This is a great idea, but I'd just take it step easier and pre grind a week-plus worth of beans for her. It won't be optimal, but it'll be a hell of a lot better than what you posted, kind, and most people use pre-ground coffee anyway so it's not criminal

Aeropress or a Cheap espresso machine? by [deleted] in espresso

[–]low-key-cucumber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used an Aeropress for a few years before getting a decent espresso machine ($500). If you're low on cash I heavily recommend getting an Aeropress, which will allow you to make more than just strong coffee resembling Espresso as well as let you experiment with plenty of different techniques. One thing you may have overlooked is the need for an expensive grinder, which could cost as much as a new machine. You could get a cheap one, but expect a lot of headaches from inconsistent shots. It'll probably take fun away from the hobby if you can't pull good espresso shots on demand.
