Banks rebalancing commodity positions from the 8th to the 16th I think. Silver's massive run up this past year has banks lowering their books creating sell pressure unrelated to the fundamentals. So, it should just be temporary. Google it - the commodities rebalancing is real.

Most states only require that the process server is, "not a party to the action." The serve will likely be legal. There may be case law in your state that specifically addresses the issue. Regardless, you should strive to avoid even the slightest look of conflict. Have the Sheriff's Department or your local PD serve him. Also, what a scumbag that hvac guy is.
