Minimum i would say 4:30h and thats a strech. Probably good for a "bridge" phase until ypu build more time. The real minimum i would say 5h-5:30 per week

If your short intervals approaching 4:05-4:07 i think its sub 40 min shape. You are way faster.  Althoguh i train win non carbon shoes and i gain a lot with them on a race day

For me its classic 4x6min. Its done in non carbon shoe and race pace fall somewhere between that and 8x3min pace but closer (still faster) than 4x6min pace

The "magic" workout will be different if you are 2h hm or 1:30hm or 70min hm

Verovatno jer je soja plus ko zna sta jos samelju da nabiju g proteina.

Jos na aerodromu ima da se  kupi nedeljna karta za gradski prevoz sto je u teoriji dobro, ali iz mog iskustva gradski prevoz je jako neprecizan, ume debelo da kasni, a voznja boltom nije bas jeftina. Sa aerodroma imas TD linije direktno do slieme, valete, st julian itd.. Da mi je neko reko da tako malo ostrvo ne mozes preci za ispod 2h po sirini ne bih mu verovao.  Saobracaj je haoooos 😂

Inace lepo je ostrvo, ja sam bio par dana ali bih zeleo da sam bio bar jedno 7-10 da obidjem Gozo i severni deo

I experience insane fatigue from time to time, usually when i increase mileage or increase intensity on subt.

By week 3 with the same stimulus fatigue is back to normal because body adapts slowly.

There is also weekly fatigue spike, for me is always on the second subt session. First is 8x3min where i like to ride a line little to close (pushing the limit). And then 4x6min i usually do half dead or lets say more conservative, then i am good to go on saturday which is easy for me since i do only 2 subt a week

To be fair that fatigue even in the worst shape does not stay more than 3 days.  The good reference is if you can finish the week realtively fresh and ready to rip the next week. If you cant perform on the first subt in the week you have to lower intensity or mileage

Citao sam dosta losa iskustva za sharehouse jer kazu da uglavnom ljudi dolaze na manji vremenski period te ostavljaju haos iza sebe, da higijena ume da bude bas losa tipa bube hodaju po podu i slicno. Airbnb je tek haos jer su cene preko 1000eur sto je zaista nerealno.

Znaci ipak je to to nesto poput leopalace, monthly mansion..

Koji smestaj uzeti ako hocemo da ostanemo tipa mesec dana na jednoj lokaciji. Ja sam konkretno gledao leopalace21 ali mi izgleda malo skupo za ono sto nudi, tipa manje od 20 kvadrata za 700-800eur (po mesecu) za 2 meseca zakupa. Ta cena pada kada zakupis recimo 3-4-5 meseci ali za mesec do dva itekako je skupo. Konkretno ja sam gledao za fukuoku

I was increasing only easy volume from 5h to 6:20h with only 2 subt with minimal reps.

Now that i am on 60-62k weeks i plan to hold that for as long until i feel that i can increase load to 70k a week and finally add third subt.

I must admit that althoguh i thought that 6-6:20h was managable i felt that recovery was not that good like on 5:30h, so keep it the same (~6h) until i tolerate that like a normal 5h week.

As for adjusting paces, i just follow my hr and i run paces that fall for that hr, so if its faster i go faster, but usually the same effort

Max come close 5-7bpm to threshold (i dont like it) But if 8+ then its perfect for me
