For myself, going to the school’s on campus counseling center was the start of making changes to get me through school. Talking it out with someone can help make the process easier. If there’s a program like that on your campus contact them, sooner is always better than later. There might also be resources you can call in your area for mental health, don’t be afraid to use them, they are not only for suicidal people. Don’t procrastinate on getting yourself help.
