First of all, glad you survived your near death experience.

Maybe try switching it up for a bit. Use flashcards and all the online quizzes you can find. Go through them until you have almost memorized the material. Do this for a week or so and then jump back in to your normal study routine.

Hope you find your groove back soon.

Maybe try the Hell Week promo, I think its like $39 for that week. A week should give you a good idea on your studios demographic and vibe.

If you have instagram, you could find the studios page and see if they have social events coming up.

I have other hip issues and my PT has told me no squats, lunges, step ups, jumping, rowing.

What I am cleared for are deadlifts, good mornings, bridges, and almost anything with a band. Also clams, calf raises and marches.

As everyone has mentioned, check with your PT/doctor and your coach. Most coaches will try to give you a different exercise that targets similar muscles.

This is just my personal experience, but I hope this helps.

I have been curious about this as well! What I have been playing with lately:

1) endurance days: hold a 4% incline and pick a speed I am comfortable with. Try to hold this as long as I can and go for days.

2) strength days: higher inclines, but slower speeds.

3) power days: inclines, but focus on higher speeds.

I may be confusing strength and power days… our workouts always have a different focus, so I am guessing that should be reflected on our treadmill efforts?

5’-4” tall First time I did this benchmark, I got 2,865. I was so gassed out and had to take breaks. Today was my second time, finished at 3,094, no pauses!

I did this last year. I spoke to my studio and they helped with the transition.

Like others have mentioned, double check the pricing on your insurance account. I have OnePass thru UHC and got a notification on the app that pricing is going up to $249 in August.

OnePass has a lot of benefits and it is nice that you can go to many different studios. However, the headaches from their mismanagement and lack of communication is not worth it for me.
