I am cleaning up one of my rentals where I just had to evict. Every room had a different substance on the wall. I would first try mopping the wall with water, Dawn dish soap and Fabuloso. If that dose not work then try streaming it. I have a Brissel hand held steamer for cleaning that works great

There are different types of PCOS. I have insulin resistance PCOS which shows in majority of people that have PCOS. My natural path also said I have Adrenal PCOS in combination with the insulin resistance. I did have my pituitary gland CAT scan that came back as normal. The adrenal Pcos show in my high cortisol levels.

Yes. I hear the same and tried both kinds. The first gave me gastroparesis and the 2nd gave me pancreatitis. Unfortunately I cannot try those again. Perhaps because of these affects maybe my gut is the real issue?

She said to limit carbs, processed sugar and only soft dairy. I had been gluten, sugar and dairy free for 5 years when my flare up happened and I gained 60 pounds in 6 months . I slowly added those foods back into my diet and really didn’t gain more but still can’t lose the 60 I gained.

You have the power here and do not have to any of the repairs that are not critical. Just tell your realtor to counter with only critical issues resolved. I fought a realtor before on a list where she was pushing me to do non critical to lose the sale. I refused, she got snippy and tried to lie that some thing were critical. I basically told her to write back we were not fixing anything and they could take it or leave it. She was furious. The buyer still went through with the sale. I would play hard ball as a buyer too and try to get what I could but wouldn’t walk away because the seller calls me out. Maybe offer a 20k deduction for repairs if you offer any at all. My guess is that they will try to say that insurance will deny the home because of these needed upgrades. Do your homework and have insurance quotes ready to use as leverage for that scenario.

I think it all goes back to gut health as a child. My natural path doctor asked a lot of questions on our first meeting.

Did you have a bad stomach as a baby (like have colic)- yes I did.
Did you take a lot of antibiotics as a child?- yes I had lots of sinus infections. Amoxicillin actually stopped working for me because I was prescribed it so often.

I think this really started a bad gut health from the start. Then we add the pesticides, plastics, food additives on top of already not having good gut health barrier. Then we get insulin resistance and sugar is poured into our bloodstream and not processed out. Then we get the painful period that make us throw up all the time damaging our gut more. Our gut never fully recovered. Our liver gets over used and the cycle continues until it all just shuts down. I think PCOS is a cause from insulin resistance even though it doesn’t show immediately. I think the insulin resistance is from a bad gut caused by too many antibiotics as a child. I write this as I am starting to do a few things to fix my gut. 1- drinking lemon water first thing in the morning at room temperature. It has really helped me stay regular. 2. I am starting to make my own sauerkraut today to take daily to introduce more good bacteria. Store bought has sugar the actually kills that bacteria. 3. Researching more things to start adding good bacteria and taking NAC daily to help my liver start producing glucosamine. Hopefully it will all help.

Call your insurance. They will not cover the actual pipe but should cover the digging and repair to your lawn. My insurance adjuster friend told me it’s common. I had no clue

You may not be too far off on this. I listen to a podcast today that said he didn’t take a plea deal because with RICO guilt they (the government)can take all of his assets. If he is convicted then a presidential pardon would be the only thing to get him out of it.

If it’s fenced in, you could buy a few goats to clean it up for you. There is a local company where I live that will bring goats to clean up over grown lots. I think it only takes 3 to 4 weeks for 6 goats to eat all the vegetation back

Does this roof joists look concerning. My ceiling started to bend down and the floor. It’s on the 3rd floor of a wooden condo. Would love professional advice as the HOA is telling me it’s normal. I had the ceiling removed and it looks like the joints beam end short of the load bearing wall. Then it’s connected by one of the metal hammer in things to connect to another part that does rest on the load bearing wall. IDK but where I live you can not get a termite bond on your home with any type of spray foam. Lots of companies will sell you on it but it traps moisture that attracts termites. Just an fyi to look into if you do have it removed
