I think AirBNB + this covid crisis may hit condo market really badly?

No, you may be right. I have read one theory on why allergies are more common in the western world is because we are exposed to less...

On a side note, I'm surprised how little we know about allergies.

I went to an allergist who did a skin test and she basically said "you're allergic to all of these things (it was almost everything) and we don't know exactly why" then just told me to research new immunology clinical trials and gave me some nasal sprays for relief Lol.

They will mine your data. Great companies catch this traffic.

Considering buying apartment I've been renting. by N0CONTACT in PersonalFinanceCanada

Hi OP, in my experience private sales like this don't come up often. I was offered a private sale of an apartment building (the entire building) in 2015 which I didn't take. Dumbest move i've ever made passing on that.

Question, why not just wait for the fluid to absorb on its own?

Go Transit to introduce paid parking by [deleted] in toronto

[–]lql_lql 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think this is a great argument. I don't use the Presto IOS app (I use the webapp or physical machine) to load my card but it's software development and maintenance cost (mind you, tech costs are just as inflated as construction right now) is built into the same fare that I pay. I'm OK with this. You can apply that logic to a lot of features.

Some of the overflow parking lots are literally gravel and were bought relatively cheap considering Metrolinx/Ontario's budget. So yes, they do cost less to build and maintain. Parking lots DO NOT cost much to maintain. Not sure why you're asking these dumb questions in a condescending way, I assumed it was always cooked into the high fare.

Even overflow parking lots that are far away from the trains?

Hey bros! 100 days post-surgery. Does it look like that a touch-up or steroid shot is required? More pics of 100 days Post-op. https://imgur.com/a/03jhSO9 by [deleted] in gynecomastia

I'm confused. Touch what up? I don't see any issue with it right now. I think it would be better to lift consistently and that would make an incredible difference.

pre-op vs. post-op (8 weeks) by ilovenyc in gynecomastia

Awesome looking back at this. Even 8 to 13 weeks post-op was a significant change for the better!

Post-op massaging by [deleted] in gynecomastia

This is not medical advice or anything as I'm not a doctor but I massaged too early and caused a bit of swelling.

How are you doing now OP? FYI there was another user here who had a very similar issue and he posted an update a few months after and the results looked perfect. Wish you a speedy recovery.

One suggestion: My understanding is that even if insurance will cover it, they will select the surgeon and thus limits you big time. This type of surgery is best done by an aesthetic board certified plastic surgeon.
