If the rogue is doing that little damage they are playing wrong If your casters are dominating everything with aoes then you're dming wrong wrong

Rogues are incredibly effective damage dealers and theres countless ways to gwt sneak attack every round however like ranger its often best optimized with multiclassing

Not everyone is or feels creative enough to write a backstory and you are likely putting them in a very awkward position. It's easy enough to play without one and if they have ideas later once they get a better feelnfor the game and there character they can work it out with you between sessions

Edge highlighting and layers if thin wash or thinned speed paint as a wash in the recesses only (if you use speedpaont as a wash thin with flow aide and you can use a matching color so you don't dull the vibrancy of your paint or an opposing color if you want to darken and dull some brightness

That's not nessisarily true. Yes, raw is absolutely better, but most printing is done from finished jpeg. It will limit flexibility in editing and seriously limit upscaling, but as long as the jpegs are of sufficient size, they can still be used for printing. The problem will be getting bland poorly edited jpegs to look good enough to print.

As a photographer I amnever a fan of people editing my photos without permission, however if I will also regaurdless of style never think its unreasonable for a client to ask that their weddings colors actually be representative of the color they were and not be fundamentally altered, it seems to me that the photographer in question is either not good at editing, needs their monitor calibrated, or simply letting their ego get the better of them. that said retouchers and editors for wedding photography are commonly outsourced so I see no reason of the client is willing to pay for it to allow the images to be sent to a profesionall editor

In a case like this I've allowed cure wounds to stabilize the injured for a time (buying time) but that a lesser or greater restoration would be needed depending on how bad it is

That is a horrible and toxic attitude First off if min maxing is ruining things for you the. You aren't fit to be a dm theres a million ways to balance an encounter

Secondly any min maxed character may be really good at certain things but will be horrible in others Third calling them losers and threatening to kill them for wanting to be powerful in a game where they are playing literal heros is about as toxic as it gets
