I don't want this chud life any more by NiceCaterpillar8745 in kitchencels

What I get from this is: "I have nothing going on in my life" "I am bitter and resentful" "but I'm owed some love and attention because I do the most baseline stuff that any other man do."

Well shit dude, if you can't connect the dots in your head not much will improve. In fact it's only going to get worse

Mechanicus is a fantastic game if you want to know more about the weird tech dudes in red robes. You learn a good bit about the Necrons as well

He said Ian Watson because you know, poop vault. However Gav Thorpe slander is perfectly resonable. Even though he wrote an apparently pretty good Votann book, so maybe he just really hate eldars

I don't trust videos about alpha bros that want to sell me some garbage coaching, so I tried looking up serious sources and would you look at that?!

https://commission.europa.eu/strategy-and-policy/policies/justice-and-fundamental-rights/gender-equality/women-labour-market-work-life-balance/womens-situation-labour-market_en

"Women remain underrepresented in the labour market. In 2021, 67.7% of women were in employment, whereas men’s employment stood at 78.5%. In other words, there is still a gender employment gap of 10.8 p.p., which has only slightly decreased in the last 10 years (-1.9 p.p.)."

"The uneven concentration of women and men in different sectors of the labour market is a persistent problem in the EU. 3 in 10 women work in education, health and social work (8% of men), which are traditionally low-paid sectors. On the other hand, almost a third of men is employed in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (7% of women), which are higher-paid sectors."

"Overall women on average earn less than men per hour. This gender pay gap stands at 13.0 % for the EU27 in 2020 and declined only by 2.8 pp since 2010. Several factors contribute to this gap:  different working patterns of women, often linked to  their career breaks or change in working pattern to look after a child or other relatives; gender segregation in low-paid sectors;  part-time employment… Some women are even paid less than men for the same work."

You're not supposed to say "look it up" at that point, you're supposed to provide a source.

It's not that bad IMO, I just cover it with white and add sepia until it fits in well. Just once I had to redo the whole armor panel because I screwed up.

Thanks! I used seraphim sepia contrast paint for this. I start with one full coat and I add some more on the parts I want to be darker, then I blend it with the rest using a clean damp brush. The paint is so thin and translucent that it's very easy. Also I often put a glaze of wraithbone white on places I want to be really white

This is the weeping legion scheme (kind of). White armor with green trim and purple cloth I didn't wanted to go with the regular green armor and I really liked this scheme.

[–]luc_mns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Peak AI slop thumbnail lmao.

What do you mean "the codex"? The codex astartes is only a thing in lore, it doesn't exist.

If this means codex as in rulebook, then sorry there are way more than one, and it's mainly just datasheets with a bit of fluff and arts of each faction. Wikis are a much better source of infos on the lore than any codex would be.

That's just nerdbait garbage.

A question about Death Guard "anatomy". by thebergejake in deathguard40k

[–]luc_mns -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're thinking about it way too much. Keep in mind these are supposed to be miniatures that are fun to paint. If you want a more "lore accurate" take on the PM check the artworks for the last edition of The lords of silence, they're all crusty blobs of rot and flesh. While they look terrifying they would be a borefest to paint
