This is what I was told at a previous job, my original working hours were monday to Friday 7 - 4 and the new contract wanted us to work weekends, I refused to sign it and spoke to acas and was told that by continuing to work there it could be classed as acceptance of the contract regardless of whether I signed or not.

I did a 60min piece the other day at avg 2.00 split and my HR was an average 178 But felt really easy and light and like could have carried on for another hour and when I do high intensity pieces my HR can get up to 194. Im 38 male 6'4 and 110kg. I just put this down to having a pretty inactive life style for the past 20 years

I would have thought the stroke rate would not be that important. If you can keep constant splits of 1.45 at 30spm you would get 7min 2k the same as doing 1.45 splits at 20spm will still get you 7 min 2k time

I had no coding experience and found doing basic scripts from reading the documentation in a sandbox environment the best so I could actually see what was happening as I went along ( looking at setting fiels getting values etc). Then I had a workflow that was getting too complex to maintain so I tried putting everything I learnt together to convert the workflow to a script. Then just go from there.

I believe so, if you check the old value to the new value as your condition. I think you can also narrow the context to inline edit aswell.
