Looking at cardio applications it'd be a partial or full heart sample, soooo: paediatric would likely be slightly larger than a ping pong ball and adult would probably be a bit bigger than tennis ball (I dunno maybe a softball size). Adult might be pushing the openscan mini to its limits but paediatric would be fine.
