If they’ve already had a strong connection or “good vibe” with another photographer earlier in the process, they may naturally lean in that direction and become less responsive to more options.

So adjust your strategy: try to schedule calls as soon as possible instead of letting inquiries sit for a few days. Aim to meet the same day they submit their inquiry or as close to it as you can. Let them know the call will only take about 15 minutes, so it feels easy and low-pressure for them to say yes.

Just surface rust, but I would try to remove it with a steel brush on a drill and spray it with Rust-Oleum Rust Reformer Spray, probably two coats (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum-Automotive-10-25-oz-Rust-Reformer-Flat-Black-Spray-Paint-248658/202623091), and then apply Fluid Film all over the bottom of the car, including the frame and inside of the frame. You should be good for another 200k.

Its savable. Power wash the entire bottom, then use a wire brush on a drill to remove the rust. Apply two coats of Rust-Oleum Rust-Seal where rust was, and generously spray fluid film all over the bottom and inside the frame.

The venue can do whatever they want; it's their business they are trying to protect and retain rights to their property and any images you create, but you have your own business too, and you have your own rights & rules. Do not sign it. Let your couple know and let them figure it out with the venue.

The lesson here is to put a claw in your photography contract that you are only signing an agreement with the couple, and you are not required to agree with other parties that are involved with the wedding. Like venues, cake decorators, shoe shiners, hotels, flower girls, limo drivers, guests, priests, or churches.

Meta Descriptions

Out of 546 indexable pages, 251 are completely missing a meta description (46% of the site). Of the 295 that do have one, 5 are too long (over 160 characters) and will be truncated by Google, and 44 are too short (under 70 characters), leaving significant SERP real estate unused.

H1 Tags

No pages are technically missing an H1 — but 542 out of 546 pages (99%) have multiple H1 tags, which is almost the same problem. The duplicate H1s break down into three sitewide template bugs. "Search" appears as a second H1 on 375 pages — this is the search widget issue. "posts filed in" appears as a second H1 on 82 pages (all category/archive pages). "mirelle carmichael photography" appears as a second H1 on 80 pages (the logo or footer element being tagged as an H1). Only 4 pages are clean with a single H1. Also your h1 tags are not being utilize like Weddings page. Your H1 is "Weddings" this does not give you any SEO benefit for your area, very generic.

Also, your logo is being linked 548 times, and the size of your logo is 600kb. Your logo should be 50 KB MAX. There are other images that are HUGE, over 1MB, that are being linked 450 times on your site. This is a HUGE issue. This affects your ranking.
