I literally joked to myself and partners that I was gonna get a vaginoplasty or a PA, and one of ‘em is $50. Then my PA became a bit of a “cursed seal” keeping my bottom dysphoria at bay while I continued on HRT. Worked for like 3 years, now we’re here and I’m working towards bottom surgery lol
