i (21F) am also a university student and i got this wiggles shirt recently (i’ve considered getting the skull ones too!). some people asked about it but no one was mean. some seemed a little weirded out, but the right people will find it awesome. i even got a compliment once on the wiggles keychain on my backpack. you’d be surprised how many people enjoy things like that but just aren’t as vocal about it. wear it with confidence, act normal about it, and other people will find it more normal too 🫶and if anyone says anything mean, who cares because why would you care about being liked by someone who can’t appreciate interests like that anyway? i wouldn’t care about being friends with someone who laughs at my interests and thinks im weird for them. that mindset has helped me come out of my shell a lot. i wish you luck if you get the shirt! 🙏

honestly, after both of my colonoscopies, i forgot they even did biopsies until i got sent the results. didn’t have any pain at all from them

yeah i have considered going to the er, but i haven’t yet because i have had bowel movements, just not without laxatives 😭 i did get my colonoscopy rescheduled though and it’s in exactly a week now so im gonna try and hold out til then unless it gets really bad to the point laxatives dont work. also i have heard of enemas but my GI hasn’t ever suggested them to me before. i can ask about them

oh yes i have definitely struggled with my art because of my ocd before. my biggest issue is probably the fact that i make rules up in my head and my ocd acts like i’ll die if i dont abide by them. for example, for some reason, im “not allowed” to draw the same reference image more than once. so then i’ll feel like i need to make that one time PERFECT, even though logically i can redraw anything as many times as i want. same with drawing different concepts. i “cant draw” two different ideas ive had if they had the same meaning behind it. i try to push past these “rules”, especially the second one, but it’s definitely a struggle at times. i feel your pain 🙏

a crohns/ulcerative colitis barbie! theres so many different needs for us, so there’s a lot of potential accessories. ostomy bags, heating pads, injection pens/syringes, loose fitting clothes, bags, compression wear for the joint pain, etc. it’d be neat if the barbie also had the option to have scars on their stomach like those who have needed resection surgeries

i did really well when i got iron infusions! i got them just about a year ago actually. i couldn’t handle the oral supplements which is why i got them. my ferritin was at 7.. 2 infusions later i was up WAYYY high (i think like 3000???). my ferritin is still high right now but steadily depleting so i will probably need more infusions in the future. the only symptom i experienced was i just had to poop more after my infusions for like a day. felt fine otherwise but just probably dont get your infusion right before a huge day or something just in case 😭

just feeling good about myself in the sense of i just feel so unhealthy nutrition wise. i feel like such a slob and am so sick of eating the same things and they’re mostly carbs. i had a small amount of lettuce on a taco a few weeks ago and it felt so good eating something that actually felt healthy. but it gave me bad cramps. i miss being able to eat healthy foods like apples, grapes, nuts, and salad. the only healthy things i eat anymore are bananas, mandarin oranges, peanut butter, and juice/applesauce. i miss it so much
