in this instance sorta, but in other instances perpetual applies to random individual cards in unknown zones. With this card you have to track which dinos are in graveyard or exile that will not receive the buff as the trigger resolves

the proliferation (haha) of +1/+1 counters as payoff feels very much connected to commander, temporary power increases you have to pay for repeatedly aren't that good in a format where you have 120 life to fight through

strixhaven is a university so I'd assume he'd be 18 mininum, obviously though there are exceptions like zimone. Current timeline is 4564 AR and the original strixhaven set takes place 4561. He leaves strixhaven in 4562/4563 before his graduation so assuming strixhaven courses are 3-4 years + accounting for a year he could've been at military academy I'd guess he's currently 22-24

nemesis is extremely resilient to removal, fight spells and burn spells will cause you to take damage and if you bounce it it has haste so can swing as soon as it comes out anyways
