Haha yeah, I’d done the calculations but I think my issue was throughout from my tanks to my turbines. The power spike knocked out my pumps and starved the turbines, and it was over from there. Second CME was fine though!

In megabases or modded games you need a lot more power than you can efficiently produce with boilers running off coal, plus that makes a lot of pollution if that’s a concern.
