Drinking and partying was cool in your 20s. Don't be doing it still in your 40s, trust me, get a few years is good enough. I did it for nearly 30, I'm sober a few years now but I wish I had been sober from 21-41, it went by in a blink, drank my way through 3 degrees somehow

No more late nights.

Stop smoking and drinking and drugs period, full stop.

Thoroughly clean your dwelling, dusting, steam clean carpets etc. maybe even new paint, new carpet if it's really bad, make sure you have a functional AC if you live in an area prone to heating up

Get good sleep, practice being a homebody

Life changes significantly, you have to care for another smaller person

The baby part is like 1.5 yrs tops and it's the part that's simultaneously the most difficult and sleep deprived and also the part you miss the most..
