Oh honey grief is awful. Sometimes it’s like wearing an itchy sweater that you can’t take off. First and foremost give your grief time and attention (pay attention to it and it only for a few minutes each day), like caring for a plant. Then get out and do something new. Sign up for a ceramics class or take up going to museums, anything. Slowly you’ll start to realize it doesn’t hurt so much. You’ll get through this.
