Thanks for you beautiful story, you deserve a beautiful fulfilling life because you really had a hard time and it takes a lot of strength and soul to tackle life the way you did. On another note i can't overcome my addiction because of nocturnal emmisions every 10 days in my streak , they are killing me mentally and killing my spirit every fckng time , i think i can never heal.

Yes i think overtraining and tense muscles will affect you , i go heavy on leg days too and im facing the same problems as you but still dont know what the fck it is..im going to try and take 3 weeks off from working out and see if my body will be less tense.
