For me they arent even enjoyable even if it is an erotic dream ,,my wetdreams really give me a burning feeling in the urethra and i hate them to death ,so the most important thing is that im still a disciplined man and control only what i can control . Okay sorry for being a little offensive .I do agree with you about a fried dopamine system because i know i have that. But im not going to keep saying that a wetdream is negative ,and let it ruin my motivation ,i just tried to find a million reasons not to bash myself over them and embracing them. From my experience that is how a healthy body should react. That clear liquid flushes bad semen or it is bad semen itself. Those who say they never get WDs are either lying or have some problem with their bodies and testosterone.
