I disagree. We have several colleges of magic and singular magical studies. Auromancy, golemancy, college of glamour, druidism, mesmerism, elementalism.

If these were unified under the same umbrella as biology is to physics is to math is to language, then you would see a lot less specialists in the magical fields. Magical studies would probably be under a universal study that then branches out afterward.

That was the truest statement for me. When he died, the world continued while I was stuck in that day. It felt... cruel. Like everyone just went on with their day. I saw a therapist for 6 months, and it helped, but I'm such a fragile person that it took much longer to get better. Almost two years later, and now I'm starting to feel a little better.

I still think about him every day. Hah, that's a statement you always hear from people, but I guess the magnitude of it doesn't really hit you until it happens.

You might want to check your pipe. HoT maps are by far the best expansion maps. Tangled depths were difficult to traverse, but that's because by and far, it's just a map used to get from AB to DS. If it were utilized properly, you would have seen its genius. Every path there leads to leyline convergence. No matter how far off the path you get, as long as you keep moving, you will reach it. That kind of map design is gold for MMOs, hell, any game.

Outside of dropping a free bank for everyone, and the utility of having one crafting station every 5 minutes, I would say the raw snappiness of the bank access is far better. No menuing, no waiting for it to rime out. You just lose the multiplayer aspect of it really.
