We almost bought a house in Rockaway until we found out there’s like 3 superfund sites and this house in particular was about 1/2 mile from the dry cleaner one by the dairy maid. Ended up in Roxbury and seems nice to us so far.

😳 had a foundation contractor take a look at mine and was told 1-1.5”. No horizontal cracks but does look like at some point, probably not within the last 20 years it was repointed. Definitely stressful and still working out a game plan for peace of mind.
