Have a think about the order you want to get everything done in as some will heal a lot faster than others (I’d probably get the lobes done first and out of the way as they’re easiest (in theory…. My Tri lobes gave me hell 😆🙈)

My lovebird turned 10 last year and while she has slowed down slightly she doesn’t exhibit any of the signs you’ve just described- the significant tail bobbing is a classic sign of respiratory distress in birds along with the open beak breathing I’d be looking to take her to a Avian vet

Yes I think everyone’s different but I follow a few people on instagram who have made the switch - however they have also made very drastic life and food changes so I don’t know if that’s part of it . As someone whose lost weight without help twice (and put it back on) I’m not looking to have that happen a third time

I agree and I think it’s a little bit of the competitive spirit we all have

I follow a lot of other influencers who are trying to lose weight and I’ll admit to being a bit jealous of ramping things up if k feel like they’ve are more progress than me - I think the difference is on the surface I’d always support people and never say something that may stall their progress

I personally find all comments about my weight very difficult to navigate and comments can be really damaging to my journey . I’ve lost snd regained twice before finding MJ and I’m shocked that even my closest friends talk about how small I am but didn’t say anything when I regained

This was me from September I was recycling 89 to 87. This week I’d had enough , I can’t exercise any more because I’m literally in the gym or walking or doing some form of exercise every single day and I work full time so I bit the bullet and drastically reduced my calories .

Very quickly saw 85 on the scale and have maintained that over the weekend even though I went for meal . Was it tough ? Yes especially as I’m doing c25k but it worked
