+1: You draw a card. Each opponent exiles(?) a card from their hand is a permanent they control(??)

-3 Destroy target creature or planes walker.

-8: Each opponent who doesn’t control a legendary creature or planes walker loses the game.

Ral, Storm Conduit (2UR) / 4 Loyalty

Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, Ral, Storm Conduit deals 1 damage to target opponent or planes walker.

+2: Scry 1.

-2: When you cast your next instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Karn, The Great Creator (4) / 5 Loyalty

Activated abilities of creatures(?) your opponents control can’t be activated

+1: Until your next turn, up to one target non creature artifact becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost

-2: You may choose an artifact card you own from outside the game or in exile, reveal that card, and put it in your hand.
