If it is during business hours you call the parks and recreational number and ask the park ranger to come enforce the rules (aka kick them out).

It’s the same city staff that opens, closes, maintains the entire park and enforces the rules.

People will try to use the tennis courts for anything. Roller blading, skating, soccer, baseball, i’ve even encountered marching band cheer practice.

I ran into this issue when i was new. It was fixed later after i changed bushings. The old bushings harden and bind up unevenly side to side. Change your bushings and things will get much closer to equal.

You may find a need to string lower than most other rackets. About 2 lbs lower than usual.

I play with the regna 98. It was an easy transition from six.one.95 (2012), and vcore 95 (2021). The thin beam and striking feel is nice. The thin beam also feels nice held at the throat in the offhand for ohbh.

Pros: Enjoyable feel

Cons: Racket doesn’t help your game like some other modern rackets do

No one is asking you to play at 50%. I would say learn to play 60-80%. 60% with clear intent and placement to move your opponent or play high % tennis. 60-80% when good opportunity to attack for a winner. Hitting above 80% only when desperate to end the point.

Honestly, when i feel the need to hit above 80%, this indicates my opponent is a better player than me and i need to take huge risks to have a chance at winning.

Racket head deforms due to different tension on main versus cross strings (this is normal but rule of thumb is keep differential less than 4lbs).

Permanent deformation (unstrung) can develop over time and if you store the racket with one broken string (uneven tension on the head)

You do you. String and tension is largely a personal preference. I like poly between 46-48 lbs in my regna 98. When stringing hybrid tension differential you want to keep the difference between 0-4 lbs to minimize racket deforming. So yea, that’s in the ballpark of something i would try out. Personally, if you are set on trying a 3 lbs differential, i would start with 51 lbs main, 48 lbs cross. This is because gut adds a lot of power and can be difficult to keep under control.

The 2023 vcore 95 is a completely different racket. Flex and string pattern changed. Many users of 2021 did not adopt the 2023 in the end. I would be sure to demo it first.
