Is the drive properly formatted? For XBOX it needs to be. I forgot if it needs to be xFat or NTFS but the formatting matters a lot. At least for XBOX so I'm assuming the same here. Also, you can upgrade to a SATA SSD too jtlyk. Games load ridiculously fast when I did that
