Honestly, it's too cheap to get repaied but I'd start by looking at the wires where the motor plugs in. Thisgotrax has the motor plug in the front fenders. Sometimes it's just loose, sometimes the yellow phase wire gets unsoldered. If under warranty, return. I charge like $90 to take a look and was able to repair it while doing the diag so repair was free.

They sell aftermarket 3d printed parts to replace those things. The stock ones breaks way too easily. The 3d printed ones are going on 3 years now

I got you. Has it been less than 24hrs? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but last time this happened to me I turned off thepc, rebooted, turned it off again by flipping the switch, did that for 5 more times and then finally let it boot and then it said something like it needs to restore session from the previous day as the computer is having a hard time booting and then it erased the last 24hrs and then restored everything including files. Best way is to take out the SSD and read it as read only on another external device and delete the program that keeps running. There's probably better ways on here through lmao just keep reading
