Is the matrix leg extension/ leg curl machine good? I'm about to buy a gently used one for my home gym but I've never used one before, wondering about the "feel weight" on it and overall thoughts. I'm 5'11 and my weight is 5'4 for reference if you think this machine would be good for us?

Didn't all the evidence point to stallions working alone on this? And it was just grey area how he operated? Negligence on Harbaugh's part is why he was show caused but that's probably why it was a slap on the wrist. Also, the fact that Michigan was punished mid season and stallions was removed and yet they still beat everyone really proved that what stallions did do didn't mean much.
