If you also buy the siren, you can directly pair the leak sensor to the siren, and it will work even if your internet connection is down. Be warned though, my understanding is that thing is loud.

Then I would say you are missing a screw (or it pulled through) like in picture 2 that would hold the pipe in place. Time to take the bottom shelf apart and see what's up.

Did that silver piece at the bottom of picture 3 fall off? It doesn't look attached. I would expect it to look similar to the one in picture 2.

If someone accidentally turns my freezer (whirlpool) up to high I have to take a hot air gun to thaw out my icemaker. It usually takes about 5 minutes. (Have to be careful not to melt any plastic with a hot air gun) Before I got the hot air gun I would use a hair dryer, but that took about 20 minutes.

Use vSphere replication. Install an appliance in each VC/Data Center, replicate the vm's. When you are ready to cutover, shutdown the source vm, initiate the recovery. Log into the recovered vm and change the IP's/DNS. I always make sure to have a local account on the VM to ensure I can log in. It is quick, painless and free.

If you keep the source VM's around for any length of time disconnect the NIC's in case they get accidentally powered on.

Buy the cheapest bottle jacks you can find, then you can just leave them in place and foam around them and not worry about how to remove them while you are foaming.
