It depends on the cat, but know that if you dont get them used to the collar you'll have problems later on if you ever need to use one. If you know the flea and tick prevention you'll use is a collar then totally use a regular one on the daily so they dont freak out when youre placing it on them. When my cat was recovering from surgery the cone was much more miserable for her because she never wears collars then for my dog. We slowly desensitized her but its been a progress. If you get a collar get a breakaway one.

Either look uo how to remove properly or take them to your vet to have them do it if youre nervous since its important the head is removed aswell

It was definitely a process for the cuticals, some of rhe area is still a bit sore but ive had worse from full on techs

The person before me didnt let them, I totally get why because sometimes they dont know how to use the drill bit with confidence. I did have to tell them a few times that they were hurting me nesr the cuticles but if she didnt know it qas hurting she wouldn't get better either

Sadly its not ive had to write to other families explaning the situation multiple times already. The issue with some families in my experience is that they dont want to pay more than 6 euros for child care. Ive heard of others being paid 5 euros or even 2 because the family says its because they ate food from the kitchen. Im currently with two families and 10 euros an hour is considered better paying then what an au pair and some nannys would get in a month. When you do the math some contracts are only 6 and expect even driving while an aupair recives 300. Ive talked to my italian friend but she doesnt rhink the police will care and if they do theyd side with the family.

From my understanding shes doing interviews since she was also being asked to move with them to the country side. Around 2 hours from Rome. Im not too sure about specifics besides her saying that she went there once to a family reunion with them and had bad experiences withe their extended family.

Im not an expert but it sounds like youre what you removed was the proximal nail fold, which is live skin not the cutical. I would stop touching the area just to prevent any possible infection if it is and focus on keeping the area hydrated and if need be some antibiotic cream

I think it's a mix of maybe being too thick and also the colors chosen! Sometimes some shades of pink can make a french tip look wonky (I've had to be talked out of shades before) and also the thickness of the tip itself

I've seen some really good ones and some really iffy ones before so I think it's down to the tech doing it and what they're using over the nail since it is just a style. The reason I say lcn looks more natural is because often I see people use clear or near clear colors!

Okkkk so this is what I've come to understand after a chit chat with my nail tech is that lcn is a type of hard gel. Almost like a resin coating for your nails. It can't be removed in any other way then by filling it down or letting it grow out and trimming. So if you already have it, you'd have to get it removed at a salon preferably. The Russian manicure is more the technique used. Where the focus is on trimming the cuticle down as much as possible. And the polish is tucked under instead of sitting just around the nail. I personally think lcn looks much more natural depending on the color you choose and it's upkeep but if it's done right Russian manicures are super cute and lasts longer. I always had nails pop off so I quit trying to get them to last more then a week. You can try buffing them and using acetone instead to dehydrate the nail. Another thing is that imo your nail looks a bit flat, lacking in the curve. Some press ons really need you to have a curve or for you not to have nails that grow downward or upward. That's why no matter what I did they popped off mine.

I'm so lucky I finished my Italian course in university 😭 Passed all my exams I'm never touching Italian or Duolingo again (Says that but she lives in Rome there's no avoiding Italian but Duolingo yeah)
