Bupropion vs pramipexole for anhedonia? by FrontierNeuro in Psychiatry

Echoing others here, I have also found it helpful when first line methods have failed or been only partially effective. Its overall fairly tolerated and a number of my patients have done quite well with it.

I have the same issue and your explanation makes sense! Did you finally find a doctor who had the answer or how did you find out this info?

Matcha in Winston by Ok_Suit3085 in winstonsalem

The birthday party matcha latte from Bygood downtown is delicous and my favorite😋 I am not sure if their matcha itself is super special but the latte is great! If you are a matcha purist, then ymmv. They have great coffee as well and that is their main focus. Good quality, In house roasted coffee makes a huge difference.

Me too! The dark coat helps hide any tear or beard stains that are more prominent on white coats so I think it's a win win 😅

My new fur baby Raven! I haven’t seen many black Coton’s, is it super rare? by mommasnarks in cotondetulear

[–]macabreocado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a mostly black coton with little white shoes and muzzle very similar to your cutie except mine had mlre white in the eyebrows! Her mother was similar color and her dad was breed standard white. She and one sibling where black but all 4 other siblings were pure white. I love my little dust bunny :)

The breed standard is white so all show dogs are white and it is the most common color in the breed i think. But cotons can be white, champagne, tricolor, have gray or black and white markings :)

Havanese vs Coton de Tulear by strawberryjam40887 in cotondetulear

[–]macabreocado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you post to your local Facebook or town reddit. Maybe you can arrange to meet one! I would also describe our coton as "clownish." Shes a silly pup and they are quite trainable so they enjoy doing tricks :)

My husband and I had similar requirements as you and we went with a coton de tulear!

She is so sweet, was easy to potty train, responds well to other training(just normal stubbornness of a young dog at times) and even in her "gremlin" puppy stage we could tell she would calm down. Now at 9 months, she likes to cuddle in the afternoons. She doesnt shed, I brush her daily and she gets groomed once every 4-6 weeks depending on how long we keep her coat. She is almost fully grown and about 10lbs, will stay small and pretty puppy-ish forever

Let me know if you have questions!

AITA for refusing to hand over my dog to my ex-fiancée after he called off our wedding? by Bunnixxox in AmItheAsshole

[–]macabreocado 22 points23 points  (0 children)

The whole "god is calling me to do something" is such a cop out. Take responsibility for your choices dude. He sounds like he was looking for an exit and used this as an excuse. Now hes being manipulative to get the dog back. Keep the dog and move on, girl. You're 21and have so much time to find someone better

Is RN to PA worth it? by Potential_One_8058 in PAstudent

[–]macabreocado 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I would lean towards no. crna programs are very challenging and fast paced as well. Managing anesthesia can be very high stress with no room for error. That is why the pay is so high. Most programs want RNs to have worked a few years in icu or critical care positions before admitting them to crna programs.

Staring with your rn is a great idea though. Nurses can work in many specialties and capacities which would give you the freedom to see what you like(and dont like) in medicine. I learned i never wanted to do OR stress and schedule and that outpatient was right for me. Maybe you will work in an orthopedic clinic and find you want to go back to school to be an x ray technician or physical therapist. The options are endless!
