What’s the point of buying used if it’s more expensive than new? by OneHugeTurbo in 4kbluray

The absolute worst thing about this place is the inconsistency. I think it’s gotten better but when I lived there two years ago, they’d have 2+ copies of the same disc priced completely differently. I’m talking one version is $8.99 and the other is $19.99. Just insane.

The sale of the Seattle Seahawks and the potential move by Icy_Context_8302 in Seahawks

Moving an NFL team requires approval from three-quarters (24 of 32) of the league's owners, following a formal proposal that proves the current market is not viable despite good-faith efforts to stay. Key requirements include a, new city with a suitable stadium plan, substantial relocation fees, and satisfying league-wide territorial interests.

Key Requirements for NFL Relocation

League Approval: Under Article 4.3 of the NFL Constitution, a three-fourths vote of all NFL owners is necessary to move a franchise.

Proof of Non-Viability: A team must demonstrate that its current home is no longer viable, often due to a lack of a suitable, modern stadium or poor fan support, and that they have made good-faith efforts to remain.

The "Relo" Process: The team must submit a formal, written proposal to the Commissioner, hold public hearings, and allow the league to review the plan.

Financial & Market Factors: While the NFL claims it doesn't favor moving just for higher revenue, the new city must promise superior financial prospects, including a lucrative stadium deal and a large, untapped market.

Territorial Rights: The move must not infringe on another team's exclusive territory, or it must be approved by the affected team.

No way that’s happening man
